I just wanted to put in writing how impressed I have been with the whole process of organising a party through Encore. The party was amazing, Hermione was fabulous and Bec had the best day ever! From the moment she arrived, with suitcase looking like she had travelled on the Hogwarts Express, right the way through the party, she was in character. Even putting spells on my youngests finger when she had a paper cut!! The games were great, age appropriate and really fun. The escape room challenge was great. The gift was beautiful. I just wanted to say thank you for providing the entertainment at Eamon's party last Saturday. Harry and Hermione were great and kept the kids thoroughly engaged and entertained for the whole 1 1/2 hours. You do get what you pay for and the two performers we had today were so authentic in their characterisation that a number of the parents asked if our Batman was really American. He kept up that accent the whole party! Worth every cent. They were so engaged with the kids and kept them occupied the whole time, which is no mean feat for a bunch of four-year-old boys with limited attention spans. Thank you for the wonderful Fairy Meg that you sent for my daughter's 3rd birthday party this weekend. She was punctual, beautifully presented and did an amazing job entertaining children aged 1 through 7. She was very attuned to what the children needed at different times and alternated between dancing games, face sparkles and quieter games as required. She even treated the entire party to a beautiful rendition of 'Let it go' from Frozen, mesmerising adults and children alike. The slime and waterfest party was an absolute hit with my 12 year old daughter and her friends. The sweet sugar skulls were wonderful!! Would love to do it again. The face painting was magnificent!! The girls were well entertained it was nice to be able to leave it to the sweet skulls. Your performers handled all the boys very well and were very patient with them at all times. I had to let you know what an amazing party was had by all. My daughter loved her surprise guest and her little friends were in stunned awe of meeting a princess. I have never seen a group of four year olds so starry eyed and quiet. The princess was fantastic at easing the little girls from their shy awe and involving them in the fun and games. She not only was incredibly talented with her singing and entertaining, but she was very adept and gentle at controlling a group of four year olds.The little princesses had a lovely time playing games and asking lots of princess questions (which she patiently answered). By the end of the party all of the parents thanked me and asked for your company's details. I am a primary school music specialist so I know how hard it is to keep that many 5 and 6 year olds interested but they had the girls in the palm of their hands the whole time. Your fairies were just beautiful with all of the girls and they certainly made Imogen’s party.
