I Believe! In Reindeer Post
I Believe! In Reindeer Post
I believe that I have waited quite patiently for almost twenty years and to this day I still wait patiently for the owl post to arrive in the morning. However, after all these years and having still yet to receive my Hogwarts letter I am coming to the conclusion that perhaps I am just a mere Muggle (a thought that does not sit well with me) and that the magic of Harry Potter only exists in the pages of books (horrifying, I know). This lack of written correspondence has greatly affected me well into adulthood. Worse still, I never even received a birthday card from either Dumbledore or Harry himself! These traumatizing events has brought me to the idea that when one (ie a princess or magical character) departs to return to their own world the magic they leave behind slowly starts to fade into memory.
If only Reindeer Post existed, in order to rejuvenate the magic of that day once more. What is Reindeer Post you may ask?! It arrives as post a couple of days after a grand event (nothing like being fashionably late) EG...
Dear Lucy,
Thankyou so much for inviting me to your birthday on Sunday 4th February. I had so much fun playing games with you and your friends. It is lovely and warm here in Arendelle (though not as hot as Australia. I think even Olaf's snow flurry would melt!) Sven is lovely and clean now after his long bath and I think Anna ate all his carrots. Kristoff is out polishing his sled, again! And I think I caught him picking his nose the other day. I'm about to go get ready for a grand ball we're having tonight. It will be so much fun. I hope you had a great birthday.
Love from
Queen Elsa
I know myself I would be very happy to receive Owl Post, Reindeer Post or even mail from Santa's pesky elves once in a while. As such I'll just keep waiting.
